3. Service Description and Availability

Thenlaw provides legal advisory services in the following practice areas:

  • Cybersecurity Law Advisory — covering regulatory compliance, incident response frameworks, and advisory under the Computer Crimes Act 1997.
  • Public Procurement Advisory — covering tender compliance, documentation review, and dispute mechanisms in Malaysian public procurement.
  • Energy and Utilities Law — covering regulatory advisory under the Electricity Supply Act 1990, feed-in-tariff programmes, and power purchase agreements.

Services are subject to a formal engagement agreement and conflict check. Submission of an enquiry through this website does not establish a solicitor-client relationship. Such a relationship arises only upon execution of a written engagement letter.

Our services are directed primarily at businesses and organisations operating in Malaysia. Geographic restrictions may apply in certain circumstances.
